Biography
Pouya Farsi was a dedicated worker from childhood who was killed on January 8, 2026, in Tehran's Fallah neighborhood by direct sniper fire. He was reportedly shot while shielding the body of another protester to prevent security forces from taking it. His injuries were so severe that his family could only identify him by his clothing, and they have faced significant state pressure regarding the narrative of his death.
پویا فارسی کارگری شریف بود که از کودکی کار میکرد و در شامگاه ۱۸ دی ۱۴۰۴ در محله فلاح تهران با شلیک مستقیم تکتیراندازان جمهوری اسلامی کشته شد. او زمانی هدف گلوله قرار گرفت که سعی داشت از پیکر یک معترض دیگر محافظت کند تا به دست مأموران نیفتد. به دلیل شدت جراحات، شناسایی پیکر او تنها از طریق لباسهایش ممکن بود و خانوادهاش برای پذیرش روایت رسمی حکومت تحت فشار قرار گرفتهاند.
